JUMP ROPES!!

All students at Mount Olive Primary School received a free jump rope to keep and use at home.  Please make sure you encourage jump rope activities at home because it's a fun and great exercise.

Please put your child's name inside all jackets, hats, and gloves so they will be easy to identify if lost.

Physical Education Rules and Procedures:

Physical Education Policies and Procedures:

Physical education is a vital part of the school’s curriculum.  Students should wear clothes and shoes appropriate for physical activity.  If your child cannot participate, please send a note explaining the reason with your child.  He/she may be given alternative assignments during the P.E. class.

 

Physical Education Rules:

Athletic shoes must be worn for Physical Education.

Always follow directions.

Respect other students, teachers, visitors, and P.E. equipment.

Keep hands and feet to self.

No eating or chewing allowed.  There should be nothing in a student’s mouth including gum, candy, paper, pencil erasers, pen tops, rubber bands, etc.

When the whistle blows or music stops:  Stop, Look, and Listen.

Girls must wear shorts under dresses and skirts.

Please leave all personal things in the classroom including purses, backpacks, pens, pencils, brushes, combs, toys, etc.

Never leave P.E. without permission.
